The Coo is coming…

Two days left. The Coo stands proudly in Turriff Square now, awaiting the 100th anniversary of the closest Turriff ever got to a riot (until this Saturday that is…)

Today we’ve got wur local politician, who just also happens to be wur First Meenister, gi’en his thoughts on the whole thing.

 

Turra Coo Countdown

Only 3 days to go till the biggest event in Turra since the last biggest event (apart from the Show of course) in 2010, which was the last biggest event since the original ‘event’ or ‘happening’ or ‘riot’ in 1913.

For those of you who might like to venture forth and take part in the riot (sorry, celebration) yourself on Saturday, I just got my invitation  and here’s what’s happening.
